Engaged Sweeper
Getting this error when I try to run any advanced actions:

TriggerScan results in:
The encryption type requested is not supported by the KDC.

Other Advanced Actions never goto cmd box...

Tried from IE 8 and Firefox 3.6.3

I've even went so far as to completely uninstall the lansweeper and re-install.

Edit: This is not evident from the server but from any remote host.

You don't need to use the lansweeper share, you can place the tools anywhere you want.

If you set the security to "everyone" then everyone will be able to access them.

Working fine again. I was right, someone did change the privileges on the folder. Appreciate your quick response and product.

Are you saying it works from the server but not from another workstation?
Do you get any javascript actions when clicking the action?
Is the share/actionpath available from these other workstations?

Server works fine, workstations do not. Thing is it was working fine for the past few weeks then stopped.

Did find out that \\lansweeperserver\lansweeper$ share prompts for a username/pass when navigating through explorer. Looks like someone may have changed the share settings. What are the proper security settings for the folder/files in the Actions (lansweeper$) share?
