Configuring tables

I have read the Lansweeper documentation and would like to configure the TsysDonotscan and TsysRegistry tables. I have been into SQL Manager and looked at the tables and the 'design table' feature but I do not know where or how to add new computernames to the TsysDonotscan or Regpaths to TsysRegistry.
Any help greatly appreciated.
We are currently deploying the product accress our network and will be donating when payment method sorted by company.

You have to fill in the tables (not in design view)
Easiest is to use an ms access adp project.
