Configuration problem

I'm just setting up Lansweeper on a network with mixed Windo 2000 and XP clients. Everything works fine with the 2000 clients, but access to some registry keys is not permitted on the XP machines. Some have SP2 other do not, so the problem is not related to the machine firewall.
I am running the scanner under the username lsscanner which is set up as a domain admin account in AD. The XP machines have domain admins added to the local administrators group.
What else do I have to change to get things to work.

The extract from the log below shows the areas that don't work.

try to log on with the lsscanner account and try to access the remote registry manually.
See if you get an error (permissions or firewall related)

You can also try to audit the security on the client and see if the eventviewer gives more clues to unravel this mystery 🙂
