I was looking to find a list of TCP/IP printer ports used by clients, but the registry keys that would need to be scanned will all be different, is there any way to do this?

The keys will be similar to the following with only the XXXXXX being different in each case
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Monitors\Standard TCP/IP Port\Ports\XXXXXX

The value needed under these keys will always be the same name "IPAddress"

Thanks I hadn't realised that port names were under the printer details so that will give me what I need

This is not possible. You can only scan single registry keys.
Installed printers on a computer are scanned though.
