Engaged Sweeper
Good morning,

We have 100+ computers who are not connected to the network anymore but are still in our active directory in disabled status untill we might need them to be operational.

Lansweeper perfectly adds those computers to the database in error status because they can not be scanned, so far no problem.

But the accounts are disabled in AD, and i have checked in the configuration tool that the computers disabled in AD should be automatically added to the non-active computers in lansweeper. and this is not happening.

When i disable a computer who could be scanned previously it does put it to non active in lansweeper.

So it seems that computers who are found in AD but cannot be scanned (because they are not connected to the network) are not put in not-active status by lansweeper.

Is this a normal behaviour? can this be changed that it happens automatically?

regards

yes,

i have indeed seen u say that in some of the other topics and that it can be triggered by restarting the service.

anyway, this is the case for several weeks already. I have already tried to enable all the pc's in AD, wait 24hr's+ and then disable them all again and wait 24hr's + again but that didn't work also.

I have also tried the same with restarting the service and also no difference there.

it does work when i do it with a pc that was able to be scanned before, i really think it has something to do with the fact that it are pc's that havn't been scanned.

This job normally runs every 24 hours.
