docking station

in our company we have many dockinstations. unfortionatly most of them are not scanned. the weird thing how ever is that monitors attached to that docking station are scanned.

any reason why this is happening?

Win32_Systemenclosure doesn't return the docking station (this is where lansweeper gets it's information)

Can you post the output of command : "wmic path win32_systemenclosure" on these machines.

i just updated the newest laptop we had e6320 this type is about 1 month old.
even after a bios update it wont show up. the screen that i attached to the docking station was scanned and details showed up right away.

Can you check if a dell bios fix solves this problem.

i found the issue. maby its some help to you.

only dell latitude d type are scanned(show up) with a docking station. D520/d530/d420/d430/d630

none of our dell latitude e type have according to lansweeper a docking station. e4200/e4300/e4310/e5500/e6320

ah yes, and everything is indeed scanned and in that table.

but when i look at the dashboard it does not count them all.

is there a way to manualy adjust that report?

Where exactly are you missing the docking stations?
can you post a screenshot please.

The docking stations should show up in table "tblsystemenclosure"
