Hello,
I'm looking for a report to list the Ticket ID, Ticket Name, Agent, Primary User, Last Note for opened tickets. I had created a report, but messed it up and lost it. I'm trying to get a bunch of things set up while we still have the last week to play with the beta license. I hope some reports get made and added to the report list soon!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
