We have Lansweeper installed and running, i would also like to scan our ISA Server.

What Rules should I be putting ins ISA 2006 to allow me to scan as I get the following errors at the moment:

Cannot connect to DCOM port 135 : Firewalled? (ISAServerName) 12/01/2011 11:52:29
The RPC server is unavailable 0x800706BA (ISAServerName.domain.local, ISAServerName, 100.1.1.1)

Has there been a resolution to this as I'm having the same problem? I am getting a denied destination port 17500 "Unidentified IP Traffic (UDP:17500)" error although I have set a User Defined Protocol for TCP Inbound 135 and UDP 17500 (have tried both Receive & Receive Send)

Most likely dcom is not enabled (or any of the other settings)

I've ran through this as everything is as it should be.

Do I need to create an ISA Rule to allow access on certain ports?

You need to choose "edit system policy"

Thanks I found it now.

Add these to in gets rid of the DCOM 135 error, however the RPC Error remains

Tested on ISA 2004:

Right click "Firewall Policy"
Go to "Remote monitoring","Microsoft Operations Manager"
Choose "Enable" and add your lansweeper server.

This option is not available in ISA Server 2006.

When you right click Firewall Policy the option you get are as follows:

Refresh
Export
Import
Edit System Policy
New
