OK, maybe I'm just too "newbie", but I have to ask.
I am running Server 2003 Enterprise with SQL Sever 2005 installed.
All of this is running on a VM, but does OK for the testing I have time for before I have to go do the entire system next month.
I like the software, and some time ago I had it running on a 2000 Server machine fine.
Now I can't get the whole package to run correctly.
Now I know this may sound realy noob, but why can't I find the config tables in my SQL server?
I have gone trhough the database line for line without a single mention of them.
I believe I have all the coreect coponets installed, but the config files aren't done.
I think this is why I can't get the service to run correctly or the web viewer to run either.
Anybody what to take this opportunity to pounce on the noob?
Luke

These are actual tables in the database.
Don't worry, you don't need to edit them to get lansweeper working.
In the next version, there will be an automatic config tool.

I have edited both of those per the instructions.
There is a section in the documentation that states "configuration tables."
These are the files that talk about "Tsyswait"
I believe that I altered the lsservice and web files correctly, but I don't know where the "tables" are.

There are 2 files that you need to edit:
lsservice.exe.config (in the folder where your lsservice.exe is located)
web.config (in the webconsole folder)
lsservice.exe.config (in the folder where your lsservice.exe is located)
web.config (in the webconsole folder)
