Lansweeper 5 - estimated release?

My company is looking into integrating some of the information gathered from Lansweeper into a bespoke application and due to the changes in the SQL structure based on assets in the beta version would like to use version 5 as a starting point for the project.

Could you please give me some idea of how far off you think the release of version five is so that I can feed this back to the 'Management'.

We cannot give an estimate at this time. We will post one when we're further along in the beta.

Can you give me a rough estimated date at present, will it be before/after Christmas for example?

The Lansweeper 5.0 beta was released a few weeks ago and can be downloaded here.

We do not currently have a release date for the final Lansweeper 5.0 version. We will continue testing until we are satisfied that no new bug reports are coming in. We do not expect any further, major changes to the 5.0 database structure however, so you should be able to get started with the beta release.
