hi ,
i am using the latest version (premium ver) :

in my reports i can see that about 60 computers are having wmi errors ,my question is :

1) lansweeper are working only with wmi ?? (i mean if those 60 xps are having errors at the wmi ,so lansweeper will not be able to check those xp computers and report about those computer configuration ??)

2) how can i config lansweeper that will use another compement instead of wmi ? (its possible ? ,wmi is little problomatic compement ,can i configure lansweeper to user remote registrty ??)

3) how can i tell lansweeper to run agian scan of all the computer in my domain ? how can i schedule scan of all my computers every one week ?

Access is denied normally means that the account used for scanning does not have administrative permissions on these clients. (firewall isn't the problem)

those are the erros:

(please notice that there isnt any firewall and i already done all that said in the lansweeper articles...include the script that not working..

1) Yes, WMI is required, which error do you get? 99% of problems are caused by a firewall, see http://www.lansweeper.com/kb/notfound.aspx
