Lansweeper tools functions not enable

Hi, I use lansweeper version 4.0.0.116. First time i can use properly,but today i open lansweeper tools for configuration another feature in tab scanning setup, it's many feature not enable.
please help me for solve this problem.
PS. i use free version.

In the free version you can only use lsclient to do scans.
