I am in the web interface when I trigger a scan of a machine is get this in the command box (see below)

What could be stopping lansweeper from connecting and scanning the PC?

Please start the configuration tool and go to the actions section.
The action should look like this:
lstrigger.exe myserver {computer} {domain}
Change "myserver" to the name of your lansweeper server.

Sorry,
this is the first time I have had to use lansweeper, I select trigger scan from the web console, it brings up a command box and then try's to connect. I have not type in a command.
This is what comes up in the command box

I was using the web console picking up on what it can do and this failed so I posted it in here to find out what this trigger scan does and what could be stopping it from working

I am looking at a particular PC in the web console and I select trigger scan from the list of options to the left hand side of the screen

What is the exact command you are using?
Problem could be: wrong servername, lansweeper service not running.
