We have many older Wyse thin clients with very low hardware specs (on XP SP1) that LsPush is not working with. I have tried the different options with LsPush, using direct connection to the server (connection was successful) and also importing the results file manually into the service/import folder. I have tried this process with other systems and it works fine, but the thin clients never show up in Lansweeper. Do you know what could explain this?

I have attached an example results file to this post.

Is it possible to make LsPush gather some very basic info about the device without WMI so that it can be added to the Lansweeper database? Even IP address and computer name would be helpful for inventory tracking.

These older thin clients do not appear to be running WMI. Is that a requirement for LsPush?

Can you try lspush with the "/debug" parameter

Registry is scanned fine but wmi information is missing.
