Hello,

After scanning, some of PCs are under Device section instead of Mini Tower.
Please help me to correct this issue.

First please check if you have the latest service version (4.0.0.40), if not upgrade first.

Then delete the computer from the devices section.

This problem is caused by port 135 being firewalled or closed and port 139/445 open.
