If I add a public reply onto a colleagues ticket, that ticket gets added to a view which is filtered on related to me. I now can't find a way of 'unrelating' it to me. I'm not a CC user or a subscriber, i've unassigned the call, and assigned it back to my colleague, but it is still related to me.
Is there anyway of taking this off?
It's from when a colleague was on leave, and we replied to a number of their tickets advising that the colleague would be dealing with it on his return, but i don't need the ticket in my related view.
