Hi

Could you provide a report that shows all tickets that have not been updated with a public agent note in the last 10 days?

Running a helpdesk, this would help us keep track of which users have not had an update for their tickets in the last 10 days and we could also schedule-email the report out at regular intervals to remind the agents to update their tickets.
