Engaged Sweeper
Hi Everyone

Hopefully someone can help.
We implemented the Lansweeper helpdesk but we are battling with one problem.

We made 2 teams, one called IT Support and one called IT Account Lockouts.
We all can see IT Support tickets but when a ticket comes in on IT Account Lockouts then we get an email notification its there, but we dont see it on our Filter.
We have tried to change the filter numerous ways but still nobody can see those tickets.
I have checked that all of us are part of bot IT Support and IT Account Lockouts teams. I even made everyone Team Leaders to see if it wont solve the problem.

Does anyone else know about the problem or experienced it before?

Help would be appreciated...
