Hello,
I would like to able to create tasks on a ticket.
- A task could be executed on a certain time and or just as a "todo" task.
- A task could be assigned to an employee.
- A task could be depended to another task of the same ticket.
- A ticket can't be closed until all tasks are completed.
If this would be possible, it would be even greater to create tasks within the ticket templates.
So when i create a ticket of my ticket template "New User" i'm required to finish the tasks i have defined in the template.
As now its possible to create an event on a ticket, this looks a bit like a task, but this can't be completed.....and so it can be forgotten.
I hope more people see the benefits of this feature and i could be implemented.
