Trigger scan not working

When i press trigger scan, pop up window with that sintax:

'cmd.exe /K \\lansweeperserver\lansweeper$\lstrigger.exe lansweeperserver ipaddressofclientcomputer domain'

After this i press OK and then pop up DOS cmd window with this text:

Lansweeper trigger client
-------------------------
Connecting...
Success

D:\Desktop>


but information on the web interface not freshing.

what i must to do? help please!

ipaddressofclientcomputer is not supported, you need the actual computer name.

changed {ipaddress} to {computer} - now everything works. Thanks!
