I buy Lansweeper Premium and i install service correctly
But i don't have any information about the user
Do you know what i miss to resolve this problem?

This is indeed correct.

You probably switched on the activescanning.
If you want user logon info you need to combine it with using lsclient.exe

(This will be changed in next version)

Could you give some more information about what exactly that you are missing (maybe a screenshot)
Could you also look for any errors in the errorlog.txt file.
