Users logging in Multiple PC

I would like to generate a report based on UserID in how many systems he has logged in

Report may Include the following
UserID (AD User ID)
computer Name(s)
IP Address
Department
Mobile No
Office Phone
Email
Location

AD User ID isn't scanned at the moment (this is on the wish list)
