I am getting the WMI access denied error but only on workstations at remote branches. I have checked the KB article related to this error and everything checks out ok and I can scan any workstation at my local office. Any other suggestions.

Works fine for us. We have multiple offsites.
Is there a firewall or router setting that may be cutting out the WMI port? How are your offsites connected to your home office?

Is the scanning use (or the alternate credential) administrator on these computers?
