Engaged Sweeper II

Hi, I just tried to send an email to support@lansweeper.com and it bounced back saying the lansweeper.com domain does not exist.  See below:

Remote server returned '550 5.4.310 DNS domain lansweeeper.com does not exist [Message=InfoDomainNonexistent] [LastAttemptedServerName=lansweeeper.com] [GV0CHE01FT020.eop-che01.prod.protection.outlook.com 2023-04-24T14:30:09.495Z 08DB43DD2F6E9913]'

Does anyone know if there is a problem with the support email today?  Thanks for any help.

Hi @llucatino there is no issue with the support email, we did spot a typo (extra e in spelling of Lansweeper)in the domain name in your text above-  Remote server returned '550 5.4.310 DNS domain lansweeeper.com does not exist [Message=InfoDomainNonexistent] [LastAttemptedServerName=lansweeeper.com] [GV0CHE01FT020.eop-che01.prod.protection.outlook.com 2023-04-24T14:30:09.495Z 08DB43DD2F6E9913]'

Thank you Mercedes.  I didn't even notice the extra 'e' in lansweeper.  I corrected it and it went through now.
