The most often cause of this is an issue with your Lansweeper database. You can find indications of what the problem is in the website errorlog stored on the computer hosting your Lansweeper web console under
Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Website\App_Data\web_errorlog.txtIf the error indicates a "network-related or instance-specific error", please refer to
this KB article in order to resolve it.

In other cases, could you send a mail to support@lansweeper.com and include the following:
- Screenshot of the error message in your browser, including the address bar
- If present, the error logs saved under Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Website\App_Data
- The error log Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Service\Errorlog.txt on your Lansweeper server
- The configuration file Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Website\web.config from the computer hosting your Lansweeper web console
- The configuration file Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Service\Lansweeperservice.exe.config from your Lansweeper server
