Active Directory scan returns all users not my users

I have the same setup for AD computers, and AD user

scanning targets

ou=123,ou=ABC,dc=Company123,dc=net (123_ABC)

It works for computers. I only get assets where ou=123

Users I am getting all the users in ABC not 123

Ou123 is a subfolder of ABC

Any idea why I am getting all users in the domain?

I think I finally figured it out. The scan was run wide open at one point and the users are stuck in there
