Website component seems straight forward (making an assumption I can install multiples pointed to the same datasource)
Service component seems straight forward one for each location (5 total initial services) Do these have the ability to buffer / hold and forward?

Regarding the database, we would like to off load the responsibility of the SQL Server to Microsoft Azure SQL and allow the infrastructure team behind that to insure the database stays available for the Website and Service components.
Has anyone gone down the Azure SQL path? If so any major issues to be concerned with?

The web console only needs to be installed once, multiple installations of the web console are will causes issues and won't be supported. This image from our knowledgebase gives a pretty good indication of how all the components work together.lhardison wrote:

I have seen one customer trying to put his database in Azure, unfortunately, Azure SQL DB user roles are defined slightly differently from a normal SQL database which causes an issue. Therefore, it is not yet possible to use an Azure SQL DB for Lansweeper's DB.
