Is there a way for Administrators to see the Helpdesk without needing an agent license? I thought it was possible, but I can't get it to work. When I set them to Admin + Agent, but don't have an Agent license applied, the Helpdesk tab is there, but they can't see any tickets. I don't need them to be able to manage tickets at all, but they aren't able to even view them.
