Hello,

Our Apple Device's are being scanned as Network Devices.

I have followed the instructions in https://www.lansweeper.com/kb/159/apple-mac-scanning-requirements.html but still get the same result even after removing the asset.

The error is SSH Error Could not connect to SSH with credentials

Any ideas how to get this working?

Did you log in at least once with the SSH enabled account?

As a test you could do a test with devicetester.exe, which can be found in Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Actions on your Lansweeper server. Perform the test from your Lansweeper server to the problem machine, submit any relevant SSH credentials.

The device tester will give you some additional additional information.
