Champion Sweeper II

I have Auto-Update enabled on our on-prem server. Version 12.5.5.7 is out as of Sept 15th, but the update service is not detecting that a new version is out. Selecting to check for an update shows that no updates are available. The last auto-update that completed was on August 19th to 12.5.4.0.

Is there a time period before the on-prem site can detect that an update is available to run the auto-update process?

Generally, there is about a 1 to 2-day delay for a new update to be approved for the auto update feature. 

Our tech support team should be able to assist you with this. Please open a ticket in our support portal.

Make sure to add screenshots and the GatherLogs output file so our SME's can start investigating the issue straight away.
