I am facing issues to scan the computers in my network. I created a scan target by IP range and the scan status is updated according to the Last scan date scheduled, but when I access an asset registry and check the date of Last scan attempt, the date doenst match with Date of the Last Scan of the target.

 

Scanning Target:

Last Scan Attempt- before the manual scan

Last Scan Attempt- after the manual scan

Hi,

Looking at the example screenshots the IP address of the asset does not fall within the scope of the IP range target that is the first screenshot, do you have another example of an asset that meets the criteria?

Hello, 

When I press the button Create a Case I just get a search community option. Is there other way to open a ticket or a phone that I could call?
