I am trying to bulk import computers that are part of a custom "State" I created called "Stock"
This is to track stock computers until they are deployed.
I use the import template and fill in the following fields:
Domain
Description
Assetttype
AssetName
FQDN
State
Serialnumber
Custom1
The items are imported and all looks good. When I check the next day they have been deleted.
Any thoughts?
Thanks

Hi,
Lansweeper will only delete assets if they match the cleanup options as specified under Configuration\Server Options.
Next to this they could also merge with another asset that was scanned in the meantime. The KB article below describes how Lansweeper uniquely identifies assets.
