Hi,

I'm fairly new to Lansweeper. Just wondering if say users were to email requests to an address whether Lansweepers new ticketing system can tap into a mailbox to automatically populate a new request?

Brilliant, this is exactly what I'm looking to achieve with the help desk side of Lansweeper.
Are there any guides or manuals as to how to configure this functionality within the system (I can't seem to find any documents for the Beta facilities of the software).

It does exactly that. You link it with an e-mail address and it can take those e-mails and open tickets. It can send e-mails back from that account, replies get linked with the original tickets and all that good stuff.
