The "Create Case" and "Manage Case" buttons open blank pages - I can not open a support case not manage my cases.

If you are unable to create or manage support case please follow the link belowhttps://www.lansweeper.com/contact/contact-support-case/
Select the option "I have a question about the Support Portal" this will force their tickets to the Support Queue
