When I try to edit a user in Lansweeper, there is no textboxes showing up for me to change user information. It does show the save user icon in place of the edit user icon on the left hand side however. Any help is greatly appreciated.

That is strange, are you on the latest version of Lansweeper? If so, could you post a screenshot of your issue?

Yes, I'm on the latest version. It looks like I can edit a user if they have created a ticket in the helpdesk system before, other wise I have to make them a helpdesk user in order for textboxes to show up. And even then it is only showing textboxes for helpdesk user information.
