Hi
Can you disable the delete asset button under asset functions? I can't seem to find the option under role permissions at all.

Hello there!
To be able to delete assets, a user's user role must include the Edit Asset Data permission. This permission allows users to add, edit and delete assets. There is currently no separate permission just for deleting assets. So you will need to remove the Edit Asset Data permission from the roles that are not allowed to delete assets. Of course, this implies that they will also not be able to add or edit assets in general.

Just to confirm, you are saying there is no way to completely Turn Off the ability to Delete an Asset, and that anyone with Edit Asset Data permission will be able to Delete an asset?

Hello there!
That is correct.
