I created a ticket type last year which included a field for date and time. This was working fine until someone told me today it doesn't work. I checked and I can log a ticket if I choose a date in 2024 but once I select one in 2025 it says 'invalid value'. Any advice? I've tried removing it and adding another date field to see if someone with that one was corrupt but it does the same. All services are up to date.

Same issue for me. When you pick the date from the pop up calendar it formatted correctly (i.e. 01/08/2025) but you have to remove the leading digit for it to work so it is 1/07/2025.
What is interesting is after you submit the ticket it adds the leading digit back to the date.

I submitted case 00625336 for this issue.

The current Lansweeper version has a known issue with date fields in helpdesk tickets, and a fix should be included in one of our next releases. The validation is erroneously only accepting dates with two-digit days.
We recommend checking our changelog when a new version is released to ensure this fix (LAN-16949) is included. You can find our changelog here:

Hi,
This worked for me:
7/1/2025 --> working fine
