Hello
I have updated the software, for computers that are now being scanned there are no duplicates , duplicates still appear on reports for computers that have not been scanned before the upgrade

Best would be to ask your DBA to check the log of the sql server.

my DBA changed this default user. This is the account I use to access the system at all times. The password that I use to access the system works as I can access the application when the service is started . why cannot I not use this account and password to upgrade the application, I do not know

The message states : login failed for user Lansweeper.

So either the password is wrong or the login name is wrong.

When you don't change anything then the default setup creates the sql user "lansweeperuser"

No I use the name "lansweeper" to access the application

Yes, you can use the script directly in sql manager.
I think your login is wrong, should be "lansweeperuser"

Hello
Trying the upgrade fails or more accurately does not allow me to do the upgrade because the account I am using to connect to the DB to execute the script fails ( see attched file ) . My DBA is asking me if he can execute your script directly into SQL manager. I need to know what account I have to use to attach to this .
N.B. we do not use integrated authentication
