I need some help about the configuration for the helpdesk module.
We configure the E-mail account of the support account internal and the Exchange configuration. All it's work, we receive the email, it create the ticket.
But the trouble is this account/email address become a CC user on each ticket.
How can you remove it?
The second trouble is, each change on the ticket, it make a loop and send an email each minute to the user and itself.
