Hey all together,
I realized a problem with the helpdesk module and I hope that you people can help me.
If I forward an email from my outlook to the helpdesk of Lansweeper with an existing ticket number, the email-history ist cut off. I only get the text I was writing, everthing from older mails will not be included in the note of the ticket.
If I create a new ticket every old mail in the history will be inserted from the mail.
Did I miss something?
