Good morning,

This may be more of a bug than an error but when I merge tickets together it always states:

Lock obtain timed out: NativeFSLock@C:\Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\website\App_Data\tickets_index\write.lock

The merge action always completes, and everything happens quickly (no time out errors) so really this is more of a nuisance than a problem. See the attached video for a real time demonstration.

Thank you for reporting this issue. Our developers are actually already aware of this issue as we encountered it in our own helpdesk as well. The error indicates that there was an issue modifying the ticket indexer after the merge occurred, as you indicate though, this is not preventing merges from occurring.

A fix for this issue should be part of one of our next public releases.
