Error while trying to get SQL Edition

We get:

If i press ok we get 

I'm running the installer as Admin
Running SQL server 2022 LocalDB

Lansweeper is functioning normaly

Any idea what's going on?

I am getting the same error and was able to continue to installation. Do I need MS VS? Based on the installation continuing, no, but I wanted to double check.

Hello Somelsadmin,
We've seen a few similar cases and we hope to solve this in a future release. As a workaround you can install both the x86 and X64 versions of the MS VC redistributable from: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170#visual-studio...
This should solve it normally.
