Can Lansweeper audit for machines that have a fixed IP address rather than our normal configuration which is DHCP obtained.
Can it also check for RDP changes (remote access)

There is a built-in report called "Network: Static IP address configured". It can be found under Dashboard/Reports/All Reports.

RDP settings are not scanned by default, but you could configure a custom registry scan to retrieve these settings. The following Microsoft knowledge base article mentions the registry location where these settings are stored: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/305608

Many thanks for such a prompt reply. That report is just what I want.
To be able to remote connect to a PC you need to make changes in the settings 'allow Remote Assistance connections to this computer'. The default is off (not checked)
For Remote Desktop you need to check the 'Allow connections form computers...' rather than the default which is @Don't allow'
Without these setting you cannot RDP to the machine.
