Hello,
We are running Lansweeper 11.1.1.3.
In the Helpdesk, when we create new ticket, for the ticket type, some french characters don't display correctly and are showing non sense characters (see screenshot)
It was working well before, we believe the update to 11.1.1.3 may have altered the behavior. is there a way to resolve this?
Same issue happens in Chrome, Edge and the behavior is the same even if we switch interface language.
