Engaged Sweeper

I paid for my Lansweeper subscription last week but have not been sent a license key (Cleverbridge reference number: 507177669). This is despite contacting the agent who sold me the subscription, and Lansweeper Sales. Can this key be expedited please? My previous trial license has now expired.
