So we had two of our helpdesk agents leave recently, and I want to re-assign their licenses to their replacements. When I attempt to do so, it won't let me because the people who left (obviously) have tickets which they've worked on in the past couple of years.
How can I "archive" their accounts so that the tickets won't be deleted or reassigned to the new people (which will skew the metrics), but not have to purchase new licenses?
