We have just started using the Help Desk portion of Lansweeper. The only issue I can see that we would like to be able to do is allow an agent to put in more than one client on a single ticket. Sometimes we may install software for 5 people. We open 1 ticket and want to put in all 5 of those clients on the same ticket. Is that possible?
Yes, this is perfectly possible. You can add CC users to a ticket with the CC User button (last option in the second column when creating a new ticket) or under Actions\Users\Add CC User. Keep in mind that the agent's role under Configuration\User Access & Roles must include the Alter User permission in order for the agent to make changes to users of existing tickets.
