HelpDesk Report Request Time Worked Per Agent for each user

I need to be able to pull a report that give time worked per agent for each user for the last 7 days. Thanks in advance!!

I seen that report it totals all the time worked per agent. I need it to total all the time worked by each agent for each end user

so if you have to agents "agent 1" and "agent 2" and they work with customer 1 and customer 2. it will show the the total time worked for agent and with customer 1 and customer 2.

We wont to be able to bill each users for the time worked and each agent has different cost does that make sense?
