I seen that report it totals all the time worked per agent. I need it to total all the time worked by each agent for each end user
so if you have to agents "agent 1" and "agent 2" and they work with customer 1 and customer 2. it will show the the total time worked for agent and with customer 1 and customer 2.
We wont to be able to bill each users for the time worked and each agent has different cost does that make sense?
