Helpdesk - How to view Ticket log data by SQL script.
It seems ticket tables reference log files in the following directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Website\helpdesk\files\
If this is accurate:
Why isn't this stored in SQL tables so that we can query against it? Also, why are these files hashed so we cannot parse the text?
Is this something we can change in the config?
If so, the please advise how.
If not, ... WHY?
SQL Server 2012 SP3

Looks like these are archive files storing even more files. Is there a way to parse these and read the human readable items that show in the ticket conversation/logs?
Is this folder where the info we see in the web UI is being stored?
